Fly Fishing Trout

I always enjoy getting out on the water to do some fishing but I really enjoy getting out to fly fish for trout in New Brunswick.  One of my favorite places to fly fish for trout is at Crooked Creek, which is in Riverside Albert.  Over the past 10-15 years I have spent countless days there catching rainbow trout with the fly rod.  For more detail about my experiences at Crooked Creek click on the link.

  1. I am pretty sure I told you that it was fly fishing here in New Brunswick that convinced me to move here from Ontario.

Fly fishing is just so much fun, especially once I started tying my own flies.

I haven't fished Crooked Creek is so many years I can't remember when. Not even sure my 25 year old son was born yet.

  2. Fly fishing anglers who wish to be successful, ultimately need to focus their efforts around the feeding behaviour of trout. It is the sum of two factors, one of which I have never before seen published, anywhere.
